Marma Ayurvedic Acupressure

According to Ayurveda, there are approximately 117 energy points, called marma, on the surface of the body. Stimulation of these energy points through touch can relieve pain, detoxify the body, restore organ functions, calm the mind and balance emotions. It can also increase circulation, heal trauma, and relieve inflammation. Marma Ayurvedic Acupressure gives you access to one or a bundle of three one-hour sessions with our trained Marma Practitioner. During each session, the Marma Practitioner will evaluate your health concerns, and stimulate the appropriate marma points from your head to your toes through expert touch and massage for your healing. The Marma session is conducted on a massage table, and we recommend that you wear comfortable clothes.
