Create your account

  • Once you have registered with us, we will schedule your first few classes. Check your inbox for an email notification regarding your appointments.
  • In the email notification, click on “Change/Cancel Appointment” to create your account. 
  • Click on “Register for an Account”, choose a password and click on “Sign Up”.

Log in to your account

View classes available and expiry date

  • Log in to your account as per above.
  • All your scheduled classes are listed under “Upcoming Appointments”.
  • Click on “Show Amount Remaining” to view remaining unscheduled classes in your package and the expiry date.
  • Note: Total number of classes available in your package is equal to the number of upcoming appointments plus the number of remaining hours.

Schedule a new class

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on “Redeem Coupon or Package”, wait for a code to appear, and click on “Apply” to deduct the class from your package.
  • Select the class you would like to schedule, and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Click on “Complete Appointment”.
  • Note: Please schedule all your classes on prior to attending as this will ensure that you receive timely email notifications in case of changes. Email and SMS reminders are sent 24 hours before a scheduled class.

Reschedule a class

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on the appointment to be rescheduled, and click on “Reschedule”.
  • Select your new date and time, and click on “Reschedule”.

Cancel a class

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on the appointment to be cancelled, and click on “Cancel”.
  • Note: Once a class is cancelled, it remains in the balance of your package, and has to be completed prior to the expiry date.
