There are two types of accounts:

  • Store Account: This account is automatically created when you check out from the Online Store after buying your Annual membership, Monthly plan or any other products. It allows you to view the status of your Annual Membership and Monthly Plan.
  • Booking Account: You have to book a class and wait for your confirmation email before creating this account. It enables you to view the status of your Class Pass, available classes and manage your class bookings.

Check the status of your Monthly Plan or Annual Membership

  1. Log in to your Store account: www.tamarindleafyoga.com/my-account
  2. Click on My Subscriptions to view the status (start, expiry, active, overdue, cancelled) of your Monthly Plan.
  3. Click on Membership Plans to view validity of your Annual Membership.

Check the status of your Class Pass

  1. Log in to your Booking account for available classes and expiry date: ww.tamarindleafyoga.com/booking

Create your Booking account

  1. Book a class on www.tamarindleafyoga.com/booking
  2. Check your inbox for confirmation email. In the email, click on “Change/Cancel Appointment”. 
  3. Click on “Register for an Account”, choose a password and click on “Sign Up”.

Log in to your Booking account

  1. Go to www.tamarindleafyoga.com/booking
  2. Click on “Log in” in the upper right corner.
  3. Enter your email address and password.

View classes available and expiry date

  1. Log in to your Booking account as per above.
  2. All your scheduled classes are listed under “Upcoming Appointments”.
  3. Click on “Show Amount Remaining” to view remaining unscheduled classes in your Class Pass and the expiry date.

Schedule a new class

  1. Log in to your Booking account.
  2. Click on “Redeem Coupon or Package”, wait for a code to appear, and click on “Apply” to deduct the class from your package.
  3. Select the Regular Yoga class you would like to schedule, and follow the on-screen instructions. Regular Yoga refers to Beginners, Beginners Plus or Vinyasa Yoga as per Schedule.
  4. Click on “Complete Appointment”.
  5. Please schedule all your classes on www.tamarindleafyoga.com/booking prior to attending as this will ensure that you receive timely email notifications in case of changes. Email and SMS reminders are sent before a scheduled class.
  6. If you show up for a class without a booking, you are not guaranteed a spot in the class. Priority will be given to students who have a booking up to the start time of the class, and afterwards, on a first come, first served basis according to capacity onsite.

Reschedule a class

  1. Log in to your Booking account.
  2. Click on the appointment to be rescheduled, and click on “Reschedule”.
  3. Select your new date and time, and click on “Reschedule”.
  4. Note: You can only reschedule to a class of the same type. If you need to reschedule to another type of class, cancel the class and schedule a new type a class.

Cancel a class

  1. Log in to your Booking account.
  2. Click on the appointment to be cancelled, and click on “Cancel”.
  3. Note: Once a class is cancelled, Monthly Plan subscribers need to schedule a replacement class within the same week. Class Pass holders need to reschedule the cancelled class prior to its expiry date.
