Our Philosophy

We believe that health is our #1 asset, and that happiness is its inherent outcome. We empower individuals with Yogic and Ayurvedic tools so that they can be healthy and happy at home, at school, at work and in society. A Joint Yogic & Ayurvedic Lineage

Hethal and Ajit have studied with the best in the fields of holistic health and healing:

Trained in the Guru-Shishya parampara, which is hinged on the direct transmission of wisdom from a teacher to a student in a traditional lineage, they are the first Mauritians to have studied under the direct guidance of Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati, Head of the Bihar School of Yoga India and recipient of India’s prestigious Padma Bhushan award. They have been recognized as valuable Yoga Propagators and Ambassadors by Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati.

They are also the only Mauritians to have studied directly with late Dr Pankaj Naram, world-renowned Ayurvedic and Siddha Veda healer in the lineage of Jeevaka, personal and legendary Ayurvedic physician of Lord Buddha. In the same tradition, they have been trained by late Dr Marianji, long-time disciple of Dr Naram.

Hethal & Ajit’s lives and work are humbly dedicated to their revered teachers, who have initiated them in Yoga and Ayurveda.

The Inspiration

I am a believer in the little man and do not look to governments and corporations to set the world right. (…) The leaves of the tamarind tree are very small, but they are packed so closely together that they give better shade than the large leaves of the banana tree (…) My grandmother, my spiritual teacher, used to point to the tamarind tree and remind me that a large number of little people, working together closely, can accomplish much more than a few big people.
